During our function and activities as manufacturers, EzyBead collects personal information from customers to provide you with the best possible service.

Wherever possible, we will collect personal information directly from you, except where you have consented to us collecting the personal information from a third party or the law permits us to do so or it is unreasonable or impractical to do so.

If you choose not to provide the personal information that we ask for, or the information that you provide us is incomplete or inaccurate, it may mean that EzyBead may be unable to service your  request that requires the collection of your personal data.

Direct Marketing
Where we contact you by direct marketing using email, you will be offered the opportunity of opting out of further marketing information by managing your preferences through the unsubscribe link contained in the email. Alternatively, you can make your request by using the contact details below.
The personal information that EzyBead collects from or about you may also be used for secondary purposes such as updating you on changes to industry requirements and offering products and services that may be available.

Disclosure of Personal Information
To provide you with our service, we may disclose some of your personal information to a variety of organisations including but not limited to:

• Plasterers
• Transport companies
• Software Providers

Where personal information is disclosed with third parties, EzyBead will take all reasonable steps to ensure third parties use this information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not disclose your personal information overseas.

Unsubscribing from EzyBead communications
If you do not wish to receive marketing material from EzyBead, you can unsubscribe by either contacting EzyBead through the contact details below or by selecting the unsubscribe function on electronic communications.

Anonymity and pseudonymity
In accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, a client may choose to communicate with EzyBead anonymously or by using a pseudonym, where this is practicable. Customers dealing with EzyBead anonymously or by pseudonym must accept that EzyBead can take no responsibility for providing further information or services related to any transaction or communication.

Storage and Security of Personal information
EzyBead will take reasonable steps to ensure all personal information held by the organisation is kept secure, both in a physical and electronic form, and is protected from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When the information is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed, it will be destroyed or permanently de-identified unless it is required by law.

Data Breach
Should any unauthorised access to, or unauthorised disclosure of, or a loss of personal information held by EzyBead occur, and we have identified that an individual may be at risk of serious harm despite any remedial actions being implemented, we will notify the individual as soon as practicable, and the OAIC of this event.

Links on our websites
Our websites contain links to other sites. The terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to external websites. EzyBead is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Access to and updating your personal information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that all your personal information that we collect, use or disclose is accurate and up to date.

If you believe there are errors or omissions in your personal information that we hold, please notify EzyBead and we will endeavour to correct or add the information as soon as possible.

You may request access to your personal information held by us (subject to some exceptions allowed by law) by submitting a written request to sales@ezybead.com

All requests for access to personal information will require the customer to supply documentary proof of identity such as their Driver Licence to support their request, and this evidence will not be held by EzyBead after identification is verified.

Upon verification of your ID, we undertake to provide you access to your records within 7 business days.
